How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, login to your account at Pinas and go to your Dashboard > Orders, then click “cancel” beside the item you want to remove.
What if I want to send purchases to my loved ones abroad?
You can only send item(s) abroad from the “Regalo Pa-abroad” shop.
Can I purchase products from Pinas.com even though I am not an OFW?
Yes! Every Filipino is welcome to avail of any services at Pinas.
